FABx Agreement: 

Payment: 1.1. By registering for the FABx live speaking and transformational Training & Summit (the "Program"), you agree to pay the specified registration fee, as outlined in the registration form. 1.2. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, unless otherwise stated in writing by FABx (the “Company”).

Program & Summit Schedule and Content: 2.1. The event schedule, speakers, topics, and content are subject to change at the discretion of the Program organizers. Any changes will be communicated through the official Program communication channels. 2.2. The event organizers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule the Program due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, registered attendees will be provided with a credit towards a future event or a refund, as determined by the Company. 2.3. Any training content shared during the Program is copyrighted I.P. of the Company sharing of this to unauthorized parties is a breach of this agreement.

Indemnity: 3.1. By registering for the Program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the trainers, summit/event organizers, speakers, sponsors, and venue(s) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your participation in the Program.

Privacy and Media Release: 4.1. Attendees acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Program. The Company have the right to use these materials for promotional and marketing purposes without further consent or compensation. 4.2. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for program-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Code of Conduct: 5.1. All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner during the Program. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Program without refund.

Limitation of Liability: 6.1. The Program organizers, speakers, sponsors, and venue shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program. Please be aware that we are not healthcare professionals, or financial advisors and we recommend you seek professional advice and second opinions for any concerns you have or that arise during the Program. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA & the country that the Program is conducted if live. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA &  the country that the Program is conducted if live.

Severability: 8.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: 9.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties.

By registering for the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
